Westin Josun Seoul Hotel

Room quality was really good, with spacious and comfortable accommodations. The staff were friendly and able to communicate in English, making the stay hassle-free. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the subway station and nearby street food stalls.

The lack of seating in the lobby area was inconvenient, especially when waiting to meet coworkers. The rooms could be better insulated to reduce noise from neighboring doors and outside disturbances.

Great experience except the smoke. The staff at Westin Josun Seoul Hotel were prompt and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location was perfect, just minutes away from the subway and Myeongdong shopping district. I did have an issue with smoke coming into our room, but the hotel offered to change our room and even gave us a small gift when we checked out. I had a fantastic stay at Westin Josun Seoul Hotel.

Service was prompt, staff friendly. Room spacious, comfortable. Perfect location, minutes walk to subway and shopping district. Early check-in available, nice breakfast. Had a great sleep on comfy bed. Can't wait to return!

The hotel is located in the charming Insa-dong neighborhood, which is a great location for exploring the city on foot. It is also in the center of Myeongdong, where all the shopping spree is located. The hotel offers a range of facilities, including a gym and room service. The breakfast is very good, with fresh and freshly cooked, good quality food. Additionally, the staff provides excellent service and is fluent in English.

The hotel could improve on their coffee situation at breakfast, as guests have to wait in line to get their coffee, which can be inconvenient and cause the food to get cold.

Conveniently located near shops, street food market, and public transportation. Spacious, clean rooms with excellent customer service. Wonderful restaurants in the hotel, with delicious Chinese cuisine. Helpful and friendly staff, especially at the door. Lovely room with comfortable bed.

The gym at Westin Chosun Seoul was really good, offering a wide variety of equipment and machines. The pool was also great for swimming laps. The executive suite came with access to cocktail hour and breakfast, a nice perk. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had large clean rooms and good bathroom amenities. The location was great, with easy access to tourist attractions and a nice view of the city. I also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was amazing, always going above and beyond to meet my needs. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and cleaned to perfection daily. The hotel facilities, including the gym, were great. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the metro stations and a great shopping location nearby. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff at reception and lobby entrances were always great.

Here is a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities that provides a complete experience. the service is impeccable, making the stay exceptional. the spa and wellness center is magnificent, offering an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, among other beauty treatments, massages.

Although the room is exclusive and has additional amenities such as in-room breakfast and bar/lounge area, and special diet menus, we found the restaurant to be lacking. There aren't many options provided and the food quality could have been better.

Centrally located, responsive staff, clean rooms, top-level facilities, early check-in.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that met our every need. the Spa centre was exceptional with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the full body massage was as good as any I've had and the beauty treatment was top-notch. the public bath provided a perfect way to unwind and relax. the in-room breakfast was superb and the Special diet menus were delicious.

the bar/lounge area was not as lively as we had hoped it would be.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to Lotte Duty free shop in the Jung-Gu district. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff provides amazing service, and the breakfast buffet offers a decent variety of Asian and Western food options. there is a spa with hot tubs for relaxation.

The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms can be quite bad and unstable.

The location was fantastic, right at the entrance of Myeongdong. The staff was accommodating, allowing us early check-in and providing us with ice and heat packs after an accident. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for families. The amenities for children were a nice touch, and the pool and gym were excellent.
